Before you begin

  • Ensure you have an active Plumm account with access to the My Attendance page.
  • You need to have worked overtime on a given day for it to appear on the calendar.

Step 1. Navigate to My Attendance and Access Overtime Details

  1. Go to the My Attendance page from your dashboard.
  2. On the calendar, You will see an Overtime Tag on that day indicating that overtime has been recorded.
  3. Click on the date for which you have worked overtime and can see the Overtime tag.
  4. On the right-hand side, you’ll see the details of the overtime hours worked on that particular date.

Step 2. Submit Overtime

  1. Below the listed overtime hours, you’ll see a Submit Overtime link (CTA).
  2. Click on the Submit Overtime link to open the pop-up window.
  3. In the pop-up, you will be able to:
    • Verify and Update the overtime hours if necessary.
    • Add Notes (optional), such as the reason for the overtime or additional comments.
  4. Once you have reviewed and made the necessary changes, click Submit to officially submit your overtime hours.

1. How do I know if I have overtime for a specific day?

When you have worked overtime, the respective date on the calendar will show an Overtime Tag. Clicking on the date will display the overtime hours on the right side.


2. Can I update my overtime hours after submission?

Once you submit overtime, any updates need to be done through your HR or supervisor, as this submission will lock the hours for record-keeping.


3. What information can I add when submitting overtime?

You can add notes alongside your overtime hours, such as the reason for the overtime or any relevant context for the hours worked.


4. Where do I submit my overtime hours?

You can submit overtime directly from the My Attendance page by clicking on the Submit Overtime button beneath your overtime hours.

The deadline for submitting overtime hours may vary depending on your company’s policy. Please ensure to submit your hours within the given timeframe.
