It allows tracking of survey details, participant numbers, response rates, progress, and status at a glance. Before you begin

Before using the Survey Overview, make sure you have the following:
  • Admin or Superadmin Access – Only users with the appropriate permissions can view survey details.
  • Surveys Created – Ensure surveys are created and active or scheduled.
  • Participant List Ready – Know which users or teams are assigned to each survey.


Step 1: Accessing the Survey Overview

  1. Click the Nine-Dot Menu (App Switcher) on the top left of the page.
  2. Navigate to either:
    • Admin → Surveys
    • Performance → Surveys
  3. You will see the Survey Overview page, listing all surveys with key details.

Step 2: Understanding the Survey List

The survey list provides a table view of all surveys with these main elements:
  • Title – Name of the survey
  • Participants – Number of participants assigned and their avatars
  • Start Date / End Date – Duration of the survey
  • Response Rate – Percentage of responses received and number of responses (e.g., 3/79)
  • Status – Current state of the survey (Pre Launch, In Progress, Completed)
  • Actions – Click the three dots (⋮) to edit, preview, or delete the survey

Step 3: Key Metrics and Columns

  • Participants – Shows both the number and avatars of assigned users
  • Response Rate – Shows how many participants have submitted responses and the percentage
  • Status Indicators:
    • Pre Launch – Survey is scheduled but not yet active
    • In Progress – Survey is currently active
    • Completed – Survey has ended and all responses are collected

Step 4: Sorting and Searching Surveys

  1. Use the Search bar to find a specific survey by title or participant.
  2. Click the column headers (Title, Participants, Start/End Date, Response Rate, Status) to sort surveys accordingly.
  3. Use the Download icon to export survey details if required.
