The Team App page is designed for managers and administrators to view and manage apps assigned to their team members. Managers can approve app requests and monitor team app usage.

Before you begin
- You must have the Manager or Administrator role to access the Team App page.
- The Team App page shows apps assigned to all team members or employees under your management.
Step 1: Viewing Apps for Your Team
- Accessing Team Apps
- Navigate to the Team App section under the Tech tab in the left navigation menu.
- Team Apps Tab
- The Team Apps Tab displays applications assigned to your direct reports or the entire team (for Administrators).
- Click on a user's name to view the list of apps assigned to them.
- Requesting apps on behalf of the users.
Step 2: Managing App Requests
- App Requests Tab
- The App Requests Tab shows all requests submitted by your team members for app assignments.
- Approve or Decline Requests
- For each request, you can approve or deny the app request by clicking the Approve or Decline button.

1. How do I approve or deny app requests for my team?
In the App Requests Tab, click Approve or Deny next to each request to manage the request.
2. Can I assign apps to multiple team members at once?
Yes, you can bulk assign apps to multiple team members from the Company Apps Tab.
3.How can I track which apps are assigned to my team?
In the Team Apps Tab, you can view the apps assigned to each team member. Click on a user’s name to see their assigned apps.
