Folder Structure and Navigation
The Team Documents page is structured to allow easy navigation through folders and subfolders. You can organize documents in different folders and view the contents of each folder. The folder hierarchy is displayed on the left sidebar, which allows you to:
- View Existing Folders: See a list of all folders, including any subfolders. Each folder and subfolder has a count of documents.
- Open Folders: Click on any folder to open it and view the documents stored inside. You can click on individual documents for more details.
- Folder Owner: You can filter folders by owner using the dropdown next to the folder view.
Uploading Documents
- Click “Add Document”: To upload a new document, click the + Add Document button located at the top-right corner of the Team Documents page.
- Choose Files to Upload: You can either drag and drop files into the upload area or click Browse to select files from your computer.
- Allowed File Types: Only PDF, Word, Excel, and Image files (each up to 5MB) are allowed for upload. A maximum of 10 files can be uploaded at a time.
- Uploading Process: Once files are selected, they will automatically begin uploading. The status of the upload will be displayed.
Using the Search Function
- Search Bar Location: The Search bar is at the top of the Team Documents page.
- Searching Documents: Type in the document name to quickly locate specific documents or folders.
- Search Results: The page will filter and display matching documents based on the search terms.
Managing Folders
- Create New Folders: To better organize your documents, you can create new folders. Click the folder icon, then select the folder you want to add documents to or create a new one.
- Organize Documents: Drag and drop documents between folders or subfolders to keep everything well organized.
- Folder Actions: You can rename or delete folders by right-clicking on the folder name (or clicking the three dots for additional options).
Downloading Documents
- Download Files: To download a document, click on the document name, and it will open. You can then download it directly to your device.
- On the Team Documents page, you will find a Download ico next to search by using that we can export all data of team document.he data will typically be exported in CSV or Excel format, allowing you to open it in spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

1. How do I upload a document to the Team Documents section?
Click the + Add Document button at the top-right of the page, select files from your computer, and upload them. You can also drag and drop files directly into the upload area.
2 . What types of files can I upload?
You can upload PDF, Word, Excel, and Image files, each up to 5MB. You can upload a maximum of 10 files at once.
3. How do I organize documents into folders?
You can create new folders by clicking on the folder icon. Documents can be dragged and dropped into any folder. You can also create subfolders within existing folders for further organization.
4. Can I search for specific documents?
Yes, use the Search bar at the top of the page to search by document name, folder name, or uploaded by to quickly find files.
5. How do I download a document?
Click on the document you wish to download, and it will open. From there, you can download it directly to your computer.
6. How do I delete a folder or document?
Right-click on the folder or document (or click the three dots next to it) to access the delete option. Please note that deleting a folder will delete all documents inside it.
7. How do I view who uploaded a document?
In the Team Documents section, you can see who uploaded the document in the Uploaded By column, which displays the uploader's name.
