 The Team Goals page in PlummHR helps managers and team leaders track and manage the goals of their team members. You can view individual goals, track progress, and update details, all in one place. This overview allows you to monitor how the team is performing against their targets.

Before you begin

  • You need access to the Team Goals section in PlummHR, which is available to managers and team leaders.
  • Make sure each team member has their goals set and assigned.

Step 1.Accessing Team Goals

  1. Go to Goals > Team Goals from your dashboard.
  2. You will see a list of all team members with the number of goals assigned, their progress, and the last update for each goal.

Step 2. Viewing Individual Goals and Progress

  1. Under Team Goals, you will see the following columns:
    • Name: Displays the team member's name.
    • Goals: The number of goals assigned to each team member.
    • Progress: A visual progress bar indicating the completion percentage of their goals.
    • Last Updated: Shows the last time a goal was updated or modified for the team member.
  2. Click on the name of any team member to view further details about their individual goals, including descriptions, deadlines, and progress.

Step 3. Adding New Goals

  1. Click the + Add Goal button on the top right of the Team Goals page.
  2. Choose the team member to assign the goal to.
  3. Provide the following details for the new goal:
    • Goal Title
    • Description (optional)
    • Due Date
  4. Save the goal. The new goal will appear under that team member’s goals list.

Step 4. Managing Goal Updates

  1. From the Team Goals page, click on a team member’s name to view individual goals.
  2. To update progress, click on the goal to add comments, adjust completion status, or make edits to the description.
  3. Track the progress of each goal directly on this page through the progress bar.

1. What information is displayed for each team member?

For each team member, you can see:
    • The number of goals assigned.
    • The progress bar showing their progress toward completing each goal.
    • The last updated date for their goals.
 

2 . Can I track the progress of all team goals in one place?

Yes, the Team Goals page displays a summary of the progress for all team members, making it easy to track performance at a glance.
 

 

3. How do I add a new goal for a team member?

Click the + Add Goal button, select the team member, and fill in the details of the goal, including title, description, and due date.
 

 

4. How do I edit or update a team member’s goal?

Click on the team member’s name to view their individual goals, then click on any goal to update the details or mark progress.
 

 

5. What happens when a goal’s progress is updated?

When a goal’s progress is updated, the progress bar on the Team Goals page will reflect the new percentage, showing how much progress has been made.
 

 

6. Can I filter team goals by progress or last updated date?

 Yes, you can filter goals based on their progress or when they were last updated by clicking on the column headers for Goals, Progress, or Last Updated.


     

    7. How do I view the goals for individual team members?

    Click on any team member’s name to see a detailed view of their goals, including progress, due dates, and descriptions.
     

     

    8.Can I delete a team member's goal?

    Currently, deleting a goal is not a built-in feature. You can mark goals as complete or update their status, but deletion is typically handled by an admin.
