Before you begin

  • Ensure you have the necessary permissions to manage or approve team invoices.
  • Familiarise yourself with your team's invoicing policies and requirements.

Step 1: Access the Team Invoice section

  1. Navigate to the "Admin" or "Invoices" section from your main dashboard.
  2. Select "Team Invoices" from the available options to view the list of invoices submitted by your team.

Step 2: Create a team invoice

  1. Click on the "Add Team Invoice" button.
  2. Enter the necessary details, such as the invoice name, amount, due date, and client.
  3. Add any relevant items or services associated with the invoice.
  4. Include any applicable tax rates and descriptions for clarity.
  5. Upload any supporting documents or receipts if necessary.
  6. Click "Submit" to create the invoice.

Step 3:Review and approve team invoices

  1. Navigate to the list of submitted team invoices.
  2. Review each invoice to ensure it meets the company's invoicing guidelines.
  3. Click on the 3 dots (options menu) next to an invoice to approve or reject it.
  4. If needed, provide feedback or a reason for rejection.
  5. Once approved, the invoice will be processed and ready for further action (e.g., payment).

1. Can I submit multiple invoices at once?

Currently, you can submit one invoice at a time. To submit additional invoices, repeat the process for each one.

2 . What happens after I approve a team invoice?

Once approved, the invoice will be processed, and the payment or next steps will proceed according to the company's policy.


 

3. Can I track the status of a team invoice?

 Yes, you can view the status of each invoice, such as Pending, Approved, or Rejected, from the Team Invoices section.
 

 

4. Can I edit a team invoice after submission?

If the invoice is still pending approval, you can edit it. Once approved, changes may require additional review or approval.
