Team Tasks

Summary

 The Team Task page allows admins to view, manage, and archive tasks assigned to all active and registered users. Each user's tasks are listed individually, including task status, due dates, and activity. Admins can also archive specific tasks and access them later under the Archive tab.

Before you begin

To use the Team Task feature as an admin, you must:
  • Have the required admin permissions to access team-level task visibility
  • Understand that only active and registered users will be listed on the Team Task page
  • Know that inactive or unregistered users and their tasks will not be visible or accessible
  • Be aware that archiving can only be done individually, not in bulk

Step 1. Access Team Task

  1. Click the 9-dot navigation icon at the top-left corner of your dashboard
  2. Confirm that Core is selected (this is the default workspace)
  3. From the left side navigation menu, go to Team Task
  4. You’ll land on the Task tab by default, with access to the Archived tab.

Step 2. View all users' tasks

  1. On the Task tab, you'll see a list of all active and registered users
  2. Click any user’s name to expand their task list
  3. Each task under that user will display:
    • Task name and type
    • Status: Overdue, Incomplete, or Completed
    • Assigned and due dates
    • Latest updates and actions
Admins can monitor tasks in the following statuses:
  • Overdue: Past the due date
  • Incomplete: Still pending
  • Completed: Marked as done

Step 3. Archive individual tasks

    1. Click the user’s name to open their task list
    2. Next to each task, click the action item and select Archive to archive it
    3. Once a task is archived, the user’s name will appear in the Archived tab
    4. Bulk archiving is not supported, you must archive tasks one by one

    Step 4. View archived tasks per user

      1. Go to the Archived tab at the top of the Team Task page
      2. Click on a user’s name to view only their archived tasks
      3. Archived tasks include full details and can be:
        • Searched using the task name
        • Downloaded as a CSV file for reporting


      Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

      1. Can I archive multiple tasks at once?

      No. Tasks can only be archived individually on the Team Task page. Bulk archiving is not available.


      2 . What happens when I archive a user’s task?

      The task is moved to the Archived tab, and the user's name will appear there. Only archived tasks for that user will be shown.


       

      3. Can I export archived tasks?

      Yes. After clicking a user’s name in the Archive tab, you can search and download their archived tasks as a CSV file.


       

      4. Can I see tasks for inactive or unregistered users?

      No. Tasks are only visible for users who are active and registered on the platform. Inactive users and their tasks are not shown.
       

       

      5.What task statuses can I view as an admin?

      Admins can view all statuses:
      • Overdue
      • Incomplete
      • Completed
      •  ...as long as the user is active and registered.
