Before you begin
- You must be logged in with manager permissions to access the Team Time Off page and approve leave requests.
- Ensure you have visibility of both direct and indirect reportees.
Step 1.Navigate to the "Team Time Off" Tab
- Log in to your Plumm account.
- Go to the "Time" section in your dashboard.
- Click on "Team Time Off" to view all leave requests submitted by your team members.
Step 2.Review and Approve Leave Requests
- In the "Team Time Off" section, you'll see a list of leave requests.
- Use the dropdown menu to select your direct or indirect reportees.
- Review the leave requests listed for each team member.
- For any requests marked with Pending status, click on the request to review the details.
- If the request is valid, click the "Approve" button to approve the leave. If you decide not to approve the leave, you can choose to decline or take no action.
