Before you begin
- Plumm Account: Ensure you have a registered Plumm account to access the therapy booking system.
- Available Session Balance: Upon logging in, you will see your session balance (e.g., Unlimited sessions until a specific date).
- Internet Connection: Since sessions are virtual, make sure your internet connection is stable to ensure a smooth video call during your therapy sessions.
Step 1: Navigating the Therapy Section
Once logged in, follow these steps to access the Therapy Section:
- Access the Therapy Page:
- Log in to your Plumm account.
- Click on the 9-dot menu at the top-left corner of your dashboard and select Wellbeing.
- Click on the Therapy tab, from the left-side menu.
- The "Book Individual Therapy" section will appear, displaying your session balance, my activity, my therapist, upcoming sessions, and completed sessions.
- My Activity:
- This section shows the overall progress and engagement of the user. Here, you can see what percentage of therapy sessions and coaching sessions the user has booked. It gives a clear summary of how actively the user is using the platform.
- My Therapist:
- This section displays the details of the therapist. It shows the therapist’s name along with their information, so the user can easily understand who they are connected with and view their background.
- Upcoming Sessions:
- Initially, this section will be empty.
- Once a session is booked, the details will show up here, including therapist name and scheduled date and time.
- Completed Sessions:
- This section will also remain empty until you attend a session. Once completed, the session details will appear here.
- My Therapist:
- If a therapist is booked, their profile details (like name, bio, and experience) will appear here.
Step 2: Booking the Session
After going to the Therapy page, you will see the “Book Individual Therapy” section. Click on the Rebook Therapy button, and you will be redirected to the therapist with whom you previously booked a session:
- Choose Session Time:
- You will be presented with available time slots for your therapist.
- Select a preferred date and time for your session. You can view the available dates in a calendar view.
- Session Duration:
- Typically, sessions are 60 minutes long, but this can vary based on your therapist's availability.
- Confirm Session:
- Once you’ve chosen your time and session duration, you will see a summary of your booking, including the therapist's name, date, and time.
- Click "Book Now" to confirm your session.
Step 3: Session Confirmation
After confirming your session, you will receive the following confirmation details:
- Booking Summary:
- You’ll be shown a summary page with:
- Therapist’s name
- Date and time of the session
- Session duration (e.g., 60 minutes)
- You will also see a confirmation message that your session has been booked.

- You’ll have the option to:
- Proceed to Home: Return to the main dashboard.
- Message your therapist: Start a chat with the therapist before your session if you have any questions.
