Before you begin

  • You must have access to the Team Goals section of PlummHR to see Total Goals and Overall Progress.
  • Total Goals refers to all the goals assigned across the team.
  • Overall Progress shows the collective progress toward achieving all team goals.

Step 1. Understanding Total Goals

  1. Total Goals represents the sum of all the goals assigned to your team members.
  2. This value is displayed at the top of the page, showing the total number of goals the team is working towards.

Step 2. Understanding Overall Progress

  1. Overall Progress is a percentage that represents the combined progress of all goals assigned to the team.
  2. It gives a quick snapshot of how much of the total work has been completed across the team. For example, if the overall progress is 14%, it means 14% of all team goals have been completed.

Step 3.How the Progress Is Calculated

  1. The Overall Progress is calculated based on the progress of individual goals.
  2. Each goal’s progress percentage is taken into account and averaged across all goals.
  3. This means if one goal is 50% complete and another is 100%, the Overall Progress will reflect the combined average of these goals' completion statuses.
