Track and Manage Team Goals from the Dashboard

Summary

 The Team Goals widget on the Team Dashboard allows Managers and Admins to view the goals assigned to their reportees, monitor progress, and take action—such as updating progress or viewing the activity log.

Before you begin

 You must be a Manager or Admin with permission to access your reportees’ goals. Only employees assigned under your reporting structure will appear in this widget.

Step 1. Take actions from the widget

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to a goal
  2. Choose one of the following options:
    • Update – Modify goal status, progress, or milestones
    • Activity Log – View the full history of updates made to the goal
  3. Your changes will immediately reflect in the widget and the full goals module

Step 2. Access full goal records

    1. Click View All at the bottom of the widget
    2. You will be redirected to the Goals module
    3. From there, you can filter by team members, view detailed goals, assign new ones (if permitted), or export data

    1. What does the Team Goals widget show?

    It shows active goals assigned to your direct reportees, including progress percentage and current status.

    2 .Can I update a goal’s progress from the widget?

    Yes. Use the action menu (⋯) to select Update and log progress, changes, or upload supporting notes.


     

    3. What does the activity log show?

    It shows a timeline of all goal updates, including who made the change, when it was made, and what was changed.


    4. Can I assign a new goal from the widget?

    No. To assign new goals, go to the full Goals module via the View All link.


    5. Why can’t I see some employees’ goals?

    You’ll only see goals for people within your management or reporting structure, and only if goals have been assigned to them.
