Track Review Progress
Summary
The Review Progress page helps you monitor the status of reviews once they’ve begun. It shows completion percentages, timelines, and reviewer–reviewee pairings for each review type. This page only becomes available once a review is in progress.

Before you begin
You must have access to the Performance > Reviews module.
Only the following roles can view review progress:
- HR Admins
- Managers (for their teams)
The Review Progress page is disabled by default and only becomes available when at least one reviewer has started submitting feedback.
Step 1. Access the Review Progress page
- Go to Admin > Reviews
- Open the review where you want to track progress
- Click on the Review Progress tab under the review’s action menu
- This tab will remain disabled until the review status is updated to In Progress
Step 2. View progress by review type
- Once enabled, use the tabs to switch between review types:
- Self-review
- Peer review
- Top-down review
- Bottom-up review
- Each tab shows progress specific to that review type
Step 3. Understand the data displayed
For each review type, the page shows:
- Progress bar – Displays the completion percentage for that review type
- Reviewee and Reviewer names – Identifies who is reviewing whom
- Start and Completion dates – Tracks when reviews began and ended
- Review status – Shows current state (e.g. Not Started, In Progress, Completed)
This view helps you identify delays and follow up as needed.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Why can’t I access the Review Progress tab?
The page only activates when a review status changes to "In Progress"—after at least one reviewer starts submitting feedback.
2. Does the progress bar update automatically?
Yes. It reflects live updates as reviewers submit their responses.3. Can I track individual responses?
Yes. You can view progress for each reviewer–reviewee pair within the relevant tab.
4. Is there a way to filter or export this data?
Filtering by review type is supported. Export functionality depends on your admin settings.
