Before you begin

To update a candidate’s education, you must have permission to access the Candidate Pool in the Hire module. This action is typically available to Admins by default. If you do not have the necessary permissions, please contact your system administrator for assistance.


Step 1. Access the Candidate Profile

  • Go to Hire > Candidate Pool
  • You will be directed to the Candidate Pool page, where all candidates are listed.

Step 2. Edit Candidate Profile

  • In the Candidate Pool section, locate the candidate whose experience you want to update.
  • Click the action button (three dots) next to the candidate's name to open the Edit Candidate profile view.
  • The candidate's details will open in a pop-up or sidebar where you can modify their information, including their experience.

Step 3.Update the Candidate's Education

  • Once the profile editor is open, locate the Education field.
  • To edit the education: Simply click in the Education field and enter the updated information. You can list multiple degrees or certifications, separated by commas (e.g., Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering).
  • After making the changes, click Save to ensure the updated education is saved.
