The Quick Actions widget gives you instant access to your recent activity across multiple modules—Expenses, Invoices, Time Off, and Tasks. You can take actions directly from the widget and click View All to manage them in full detail.

Before you begin
The tabs shown in the Quick Actions widget depend on your permissions. You will only see the sections for modules you have access to.
Step 1. Understand each Quick Actions tab
You may see up to four tabs in the widget:
- My Expenses – View recently submitted expense claims and their approval status
- My Invoices – See recent invoices and who approved them
- My Time Off – Track recent leave requests with details such as policy, dates, and approval
- My Tasks – View your active and overdue tasks (e.g. reviews or submissions)
Step 2. Take actions from the widget
- Open a relevant tab (e.g. My Tasks)
- Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on each item to take action
- Common actions include: Mark Complete, View Details, or Cancel (based on module)
- The action is instantly reflected in the related module
Step 3. View full module lists
- Click the View All link shown at the bottom of each tab
- You’ll be redirected to the corresponding full module page:
- View All Expenses
- View All Invoices
- View All Time Off
- View All Tasks
- From there, you can manage older entries, filter by status, and submit new entries (if applicable)

1. What is the Quick Actions widget?
It’s a dashboard tool that lets you quickly view and act on your most recent activity across Expenses, Invoices, Time Off, and Tasks.2 . Why don’t I see all four tabs?
You only see the tabs for modules you have permission to access. For example, if you don’t have access to Invoices, the "My Invoices" tab won’t appear.3. Can I complete tasks or cancel requests from this widget?
Yes. Use the three-dot action menu (⋯) next to an item to complete, cancel, or manage entries—depending on the module.
4. What happens when I click View All?
You’ll be taken to the full page of that module, where you can view your complete records and perform detailed actions.
5. Are all actions taken here synced across the platform?
Yes. Any updates or changes you make in the widget are immediately reflected in the relevant module.
6. Can I submit a new request from the Quick Actions widget?
Not directly. You must go to the full module view via View All to submit new expenses, leave, or invoices.
