Before you begin
To view your tasks, you must be:
- Logged into your Plumm account
- Assigned tasks by your project manager or supervisor
Step 1. Search your tasks
- Navigate to My Timesheet > My Tasks
- At the top of the page, you’ll find a search bar
- Type the task name or keyword to search
- The list of tasks will automatically filter based on your input
Step 2. Download task data
- On the My Tasks page, look for the download icon next to the search bar
- Click the download icon
- An Excel file will be generated and downloaded with the task data associated with your account
Step 3. Understand the task columns
The grid on the My Tasks page displays five columns that provide detailed information about your assigned tasks. Here’s a breakdown:
- Task
- This column displays the names of the tasks assigned to you.
- Each task is listed on a separate row, providing clarity on what’s expected.
- Clicking on a task name (if enabled) might show you additional details, such as deadlines or descriptions.
- Project
- This column shows the project to which each task belongs.
- Each task is linked to a specific project, giving you context about your work.
- If you’re working on multiple projects, this column helps differentiate the tasks assigned under each project.
- Team Members
- This column shows how many team members are involved in each task.
- The number indicates the size of the team working on the task, which may include you.
- When you click on the team member count, a list of team members appears, showing the names of everyone assigned to the task.
- This feature allows you to quickly see who you’re collaborating with on each task.
- Billable
- This column indicates whether the task is billable or non-billable.
- Billable tasks are those that are directly charged to a client.
- Non-billable tasks could include internal work or other activities that aren’t invoiced to clients.
- This column helps you track how much of your work is contributing to revenue.
- Hours Spent
- This column shows the total time you’ve spent working on the task.
- The hours reflect your logged time for that specific task, helping you track your effort.
- This column helps you gauge progress, manage your workload, and understand the time spent on each activity.

1. Can I edit the task details on this page?
No. The task details are managed by your project managers or admins. You can only view and export your assigned tasks.
2 . What format is the task data exported in?
The task data is downloaded as a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file.
3. Can I see completed tasks on this page?
Yes, all tasks assigned to you (including completed ones) are visible unless they’ve been archived or closed by your project manager.
4. What happens if a task is both billable and non-billable?
In most cases, a task is either marked entirely as billable or non-billable. However, if part of the task is billable and part is non-billable, it will be reflected accordingly.
