Step 1. Documents
- Upload Documents to Personal Folders
- Attach relevant documents (CV, resume, offer contract, letters, etc.) to the user’s Personal Folders.
- These documents can be used to pre-populate the user's basic details or contract specifications.
- Folder Selection: If you select a folder, the document will automatically save to that folder after attaching it.
- Adding Multiple Documents
- You can upload multiple documents if needed, ensuring all required files are available for reference and pre-population.
Step 2. Details
- Enter Basic Information and Job Details
- In this step, fill out basic details, job information, and contract specifications.
- Some fields are mandatory, while others are optional.
- The information you provide will be saved to the user’s profile.
- You can complete additional details later if necessary.
Step 3. Assign to
- Assign Profile Settings
- Activate Assign To: This step allows you to assign specific settings to the user.
- If you enable the Global Settings Toggle, the system will automatically pull data from the user’s profile and pre-assign available options (e.g., allow users to access certain features).
- The settings you choose will be automatically added to the user’s profile.
Step 4. Invitation
- Send Sign-Up Invitation
- Send Now: You can choose to send the sign-up invitation immediately.
- Send on Start Date: You can schedule the invitation to be sent on the user’s start date.
- Scheduled Invitation: Alternatively, schedule the invitation with a specific date, time, and time zone according to the user’s preferences.
