Before you begin
- Ensure you have the necessary permissions to view and download invoices.
- Be familiar with the invoice details you need to review (e.g., amount, description, invoice number).
Step 1. Access the invoice to view
- Log in to your Plumm account.
- Click on the 9-dot icon from the main dashboard.
- Select Money from the menu.
- Navigate to My Invoice.
- Locate the invoice you want to view.
- Click the three dots (⋮) next to the invoice entry.
Step 2. View and download the invoice
- Click View from the dropdown menu.
- The invoice details will open in a side panel.
- To download the invoice, click the Download icon (if available).
- The file will be saved to your device, typically in PDF format.
