Before you begin

  • Ensure you have the necessary permissions to view and download invoices.
  • Be familiar with the invoice details you need to review (e.g., amount, description, invoice number).

Step 1.  Access the invoice to view

  1. Log in to your Plumm account.
  2. Click on the 9-dot icon from the main dashboard.
  3. Select Money from the menu.
  4. Navigate to My Invoice.
  5. Locate the invoice you want to view.
  6. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the invoice entry.

Step 2. View and download the invoice

  1. Click View from the dropdown menu.
  2. The invoice details will open in a side panel.
  3. To download the invoice, click the Download icon (if available).
  4. The file will be saved to your device, typically in PDF format.


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1.Can I edit the invoice while viewing it?

 You can only view the details. Editing requires specific permissions and must be done through the Edit option if available.
 

2. Can I download the invoice in different formats?

Most invoices are available in PDF format. Check your system settings for other supported formats.


3.What if I can't find the invoice I want to view?

Make sure you're in the My Invoice section and have the correct permissions. Contact your system administrator if the invoice is still not visible.
