Step 1.Access the company invoice activity log

  1. Navigate to the "Company Invoice" section from your main dashboard.
  2. Locate the invoice for which you want to view the activity log.
  3. Click on the 3 dots (options menu) next to the invoice.

Step 2.View the activity log details

  1. From the dropdown menu, click on "Activity Log".
  2. The activity log will open, displaying a history of all actions taken on the invoice, including edits, approvals, rejections, and any other updates made to the invoice.

1.Can I make changes to the activity log?

No, the activity log is read-only and simply records the actions taken on the invoice. You cannot edit or modify the log.
