Before you begin
- You must have the View Overview permission or be a Super Admin
- At least one filter must be applied to load the report
- Access the report via the 9-dot menu under Hire > Overview
Step 1. Access the All Candidate Report
- Click the 9-dot menu in the top left corner of your Plumm dashboard
- Navigate to Hire > Overview
- Scroll to the All Job Report section
- Apply at least one filter to display job data
- Example filters: Status, Job Type, Workplace, or Position Owner
Step 2. Filter and search report data
You can filter the report using:
- Status: Open, Deleted, Deactivated, Paused, Draft
- Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship
- Workplace: Hybrid, Remote, Onsite
- Position Owner: Filter by job owner
- Search bar: Look up jobs by name or title
Step 3. Export data to Excel
- Once filtered data is visible, click Export
- The report will download automatically as an Excel sheet

Details such as job name, creator, status, city, country, experience, owner, job type, workplace, salary range, applicant count, auto reject status, and job boards used.2. What does the Auto Reject Enabled field mean?
It shows if the job has automated rejection rules for candidates based on preset criteria.
3. Can I filter by job status (e.g. open, closed)?
Yes. You can use the Status filter to see jobs by their current lifecycle state.
4. What job types are supported in the report?
The job types include Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, and Internship.
5. Can I search for a specific job by name?
Yes. Use the search bar to find jobs directly by name or title.
6. Can I export the report to Excel?
Yes. After applying filters, click Export to download the data.
7. What does the Workplace Type filter do?
