Before you begin
- You must have the View Overview permission or be a Super Admin
- At least one filter must be applied to view the report
Step 1. Access the All Job Report
- Go to Hire > Overview
- Scroll to the All Job Report section
- Apply at least one filter to view job data
- Example: Status, Job Type, Workplace, or Position Owner
Step 2. Filter and search report data
You can filter the report using:
- Status: Open, Deleted, Deactivated, Paused, Draft
- Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship
- Workplace: Hybrid, Remote, Onsite
- Position Owner: Filter by the person owning the position
- Search bar: Search for specific jobs by name
Step 3. Export data to Excel
- Once the report is filtered and displayed, click Export
- The filtered job data will be downloaded as an Excel file
