View Candidate Locations in Hire Overview

Before you begin

 You must have access to the Hire module and permission to view the Overview dashboard. This widget reflects real-time data from active and archived candidates.

Step 1. Access the location widget

  1. Go to Hire from the main menu
  2. Click on the Overview tab
  3. Scroll down to find the Location widget
  4. View the interactive map and country-wise breakdown on the right

Step 2. Understand the location data

The widget includes:
  • Map View: Shows bubbles sized by candidate volume per region
  • Country List: Displays:
    • Country name
    • Number of candidates
    • Percentage of total candidates
Use the zoom and drag controls on the map for better visibility.

1. How is the candidate location determined?

Candidate location is based on the address or country specified in their job application profile.


2. What does the percentage value represent?

It shows the percentage share of total candidates coming from each listed country.


3. Does this include all candidates?

Yes, it includes all candidates across active and archived job listings.


4. Can I filter candidates by location from here?

No. This widget is for viewing only. To filter, go to the All Candidate Report or Job Listings.
 

 

5. Is this updated in real-time?

Yes. The data updates automatically as new candidates apply or are added.
