Before you begin
You must be a Super Admin with access to the Company Dashboard. This widget shows upcoming joiners across the full organisation—not just your direct reportees.
Step 1: View company-wide joiners
- Go to the Company Dashboard
- Locate the Upcoming Joiners widget
- The widget displays:
- Full name of each new joiner
- Department they’re joining
- Scheduled start date
This allows you to stay informed about incoming talent across the business.
Step 2: Explore team structures in Org Chart
- Click View All at the bottom of the Upcoming Joiners widget
- You’ll be redirected to the Org Chart page
- From here, you can:
- See detailed team structures
- View all planned joiner start dates
- Understand reporting lines across departments
