View files on a job
Summary
Plumm Hire allows you to view candidate resumes associated with a job from the Files tab. Search files by candidate name or email, then view or download resumes based on your permissions.

Before you begin
To view job files, you need:
- Hire included in your organisation’s contract.
- View Job Files permission.
- Access to Jobs, such as View All Jobs permission.
Additional permission:
- Download Job File is required to download resumes.
Important note:
- Open Hire from the 9-dot menu. The control label is Apps.
Opening the job
Open the job files:
- Log in to Plumm.
- Open the 9-dot menu. The control label is Apps.
- Under PRODUCT SUITE, select Hire.
- Select Jobs.
- Open the required job.
Available job tabs include:
- Pipeline
- Files
- Insights
Opening Files
Access the job files:
- Select Files.
Important notes:
- If you do not have View Job Files permission, the Files tab is hidden.
Search files:
- Use the Search field.
- Placeholder:
- Search
File table columns:
- Name
- Status
- Resume
Status values can include:
- New
- Pending
- Booked
Resume actions:
- The Resume column includes:
- View Resume
If there are no files:
- Plumm shows:
- Nothing to show here yet.
Available page sizes:
- 10
- 50
- 100
- 200
- 500
Viewing or downloading a resume
Manage resume files:
- Open the row menu.
Available actions:
View
- Opens the candidate resume.
Download
- Available when you have Download Job File permission.
- Downloads the resume file.
Important note:
- Without Download Job File permission, Download is disabled.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Is Files the same as Insights?
No. Files lists candidate resumes associated with the job. Insights displays job-level counts and charts. - Can I upload a resume from Files?
No. Files is used for viewing and downloading resumes. To add resumes, use Add Candidate or Bulk Upload from the Pipeline.
