Before you begin

  • You must have the View Overview permission
  • Super Admins have automatic access to the Overview page

Step 1. Access the Hiring Overview

  1. Go to Hire > Overview
  2. The dashboard will load automatically with real-time data

Step 2. Understand the dashboard widgets

The Overview includes the following insights:
  • Job Activity
    • Total active jobs
    • % increase or decrease compared to last week
  • Applicant Insights
    • Total applicants this week
    • Weekly growth trends
    • Sources of applications (e.g. referral, job board)
    • Gender distribution chart
  • Offer & Hiring Metrics
    • Offers sent and interview-to-offer rate
    • Hires made and offer-to-hire rate
  • Activity Ratios
    • Schedule/sent vs completed/accepted for:
      • Screenings
      • Interviews
      • Offers
      • Contracts
  • Location Breakdown
    • Applicants distributed by geographical location
  • Hiring Stage Reports
