Before you begin

  • You must have the View Overview permission in the Hire module.
  • Super Admins have automatic access to this dashboard.

Step 1. Access the Hiring Overview

  1. Click the nine-dot menu on the left-hand side.
  2. Select the Hire tab from the module list.
  3. Click on Overview.
  4. The dashboard will load automatically, showing live recruitment data.

Step 2. Understand the dashboard widgets

The Hiring Overview includes real-time metrics across several key areas:
Job Activity
  • Total active jobs
  • Week-over-week change (growth or decline)
Applicant Insights
  • Total applicants received this week
  • Weekly trend graphs
  • Application sources (e.g. job board, referral)

Offer & Hiring Metrics
