View Interview Report in Hiring Overview

Summary

 The Interview Report gives a detailed view of all interviews across jobs, showing candidate information, interview stages, panelists, and statuses. You can apply filters and export this data for reporting.

Before you begin

  • You must have the View Overview permission or be a Super Admin
  •  At least one filter must be applied to view the report

Step 1. Access the Interview Report

  1. Click the 9-dot menu in the top left corner of your Plumm dashboard
  2. Go to Hire > Overview
  3. Scroll to the Interview Report section
  4. Apply at least one filter to load data (e.g. Status or Scheduled By)

Step 2. Filter and search report data

You can filter the report using:
  • Status: Booked, Completed
  • Scheduled By: Filter by who scheduled the interview
  • Search bar: Find specific jobs or candidates by name

Step 3.Export data to Excel

  1. Once data appears, click Export
  2. Your filtered interview report will download automatically as an Excel file

1. What information does the Interview Report show?

 It includes job title, candidate name, email, phone, gender, experience, interview stage, panelists, date/time, who scheduled it, and status.


2. Can I view interviews by specific panelists or schedulers?

Yes. Use the Scheduled By filter to refine the report by who arranged the interview.


3. Do I need to apply a filter to view the data?

Yes. The report requires at least one filter selection before showing any data.


4. Can I export the interview data?

Absolutely. Use the Export button to download an Excel version of the filtered report.
 

 

5. How do I find a specific interview or candidate?

Use the search bar to look up names or job titles directly.
