Before you begin
- You must have the View Overview permission or be a Super Admin
- You must apply at least one filter to view reporting data
Step 1. Access the Job-wise Report
- Go to Hire > Overview
- Scroll to the Job-wise Report section
- Apply at least one filter (e.g., job type, workplace, source, or position owner)
- The report will load with job-specific candidate data
Step 2. Filter and search report data
You can filter the report using:
- Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship, Temporary
- Workplace: Remote, Onsite, Hybrid
- Source: Plumm, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.
- Position Owner: Filter by job owner
- Search bar: Search by candidate name or job title
Step 3. Export data to Excel
- Once data is visible, click Export
- The file will download with all selected data and filters applied

1. What information is shown in the report?
Candidate name, contact details, gender, salary details, AI compatibility score, application source, application date, rejection reason and date (if applicable), and the person who rejected them.2. Can I use multiple filters at once?
Yes. You can combine filters like job type and source to narrow down the report.
3. Do I need to select a filter to view the data?
Yes. At least one filter must be selected to generate the report.
4. Can I export all data in one go?
Yes. Once filtered, all visible data can be exported as an Excel file.
5. Can I search for specific candidates or jobs?
Yes. Use the search bar to find candidates or jobs by name.
6. Is the AI compatibility score available for all candidates?
The score is shown only for candidates assessed via the platform’s AI tools.
