Before you begin

To access the Job-wise Report:
  • You must have the View Overview permission or be a Super Admin
  • You must apply at least one filter to generate the report

Step 1. Accessing the Job-wise Report

  1. Click the 9-dot menu in the top left corner of your Plumm dashboard
  2. Select the Hire module.
  3. Go to Overview > Job-wise Report section.
  4. Apply at least one filter such as:
    • Job Type
    • Workplace
    • Source
    • Position Owner
  5. The report will display job-specific candidate data in a table format.


Step 2. Filtering and Searching Report Data
  1. Use the available filters to narrow your report:
    • Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship, Temporary
    • Workplace: Remote, Onsite, Hybrid
    • Source: Plumm, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.
    • Position Owner: Select by job owner
  2. Use the Search bar to find specific candidates or jobs by name or title.
  3. The table updates dynamically based on selected filters and keywords.

Step 3. Export data to Excel

  1. Once the data is displayed, click the Export button.
  2. The file will download automatically as an Excel spreadsheet.
  3. It will include all visible data with applied filters.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What information is shown in the report?

Candidate name, contact details, gender, salary info, AI compatibility score, source, application date, rejection reason/date, and the reviewer.


2. Can I use multiple filters at once?

 Yes. You can combine filters (e.g. job type + source) for more precise results.


3. Do I need to select a filter to view the data?

 Yes. At least one filter is required to load the report.



4. Can I export all data in one go?

Yes. Once filtered, all visible data can be exported as an Excel file.
 

 

5. Can I search for specific candidates or jobs?

Yes. Use the search bar to find candidates or jobs by name.
 


6. Is the AI compatibility score available for all candidates?

 No. It only appears for candidates assessed through Plumm’s AI tools.
