Before you begin
- You must have the View Overview permission or be a Super Admin
- At least one filter must be applied to view the report
Step 1. Access the Offer/Contract Report
- Go to Hire > Overview
- Scroll to the Offer/Contract Report section
- Select at least one filter to generate the data
- Example: Status (Sent, Signed, Cancelled) or Type (Manual, eSign)
Step 2. Filter and search report data
You can filter the report using:
- Status: Sent, Signed, Cancelled
- Type: Manual, eSign
- Search bar: Search for jobs or candidates by name
Step 3.Export data to Excel
- Once the report loads with the filtered data, click Export
- The filtered data will download as an Excel sheet

1. What does the Offer/Contract Report include?
Job title, candidate name, email, offer/contract type (manual or eSign), status (sent, signed, or cancelled), sent date, sent by, and for eSign offers, signature status and date signed.2. What is the difference between manual and eSign offers/contracts?
- Manual offers/contracts do not have tracking for signatures and completion. They are only marked as Sent or Cancelled.
- eSign offers/contracts allow for tracking of the candidate's signature status and the date they signed.
3. Can I filter by the status of offers/contracts?
Yes. You can filter by Sent, Signed, or Cancelled status.
4. Can I track the signature status of eSign offers/contracts?
Yes. For eSign offers/contracts, the report shows whether the candidate has signed the document and includes the date they signed.
5. Do I need to apply a filter to view the report?
Yes. The report requires at least one filter to be applied to generate the data.
6. Can I search for a specific candidate or job in the report?
Yes. You can use the search bar to find candidates or jobs by name.
7. Can I export the Offer/Contract Report to Excel?
Yes. The report data can be exported to Excel after filtering by your selected parameters.
