View Open Positions Widget on the Company Dashboard

Summary

The Open Positions widget on the Company Dashboard gives Super Admins a snapshot of the active roles currently open across the organisation. It includes job title, location, duration, and total applicants per position.

Before you begin

You must be a Super Admin with access to the Company Dashboard. This widget displays all open roles organisation-wide—regardless of department or team.

Step 1: View open company-wide positions

          1. Go to the Company Dashboard
          2. Scroll to the Open Positions widget
          3. View the list of currently open job titles across the business
          Each job card displays:
          • Title
          • Location
          • Duration
          • Total number of applicants

          Step 2: See applicant count per role

          1. Look at the right-hand side of each job card
          2. You'll see the number of applicants (e.g. “200 Applicants”)
          3. If available, click the job or count to open the full job listing

          Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

          1. Why don’t I see any open positions in this widget?

          There may be no active job openings in the system, or the system may not have any published roles yet.

          2 . What does the applicant count represent?

          It shows how many people have applied for that specific job posting so far.
           

          3. Can I filter or search through these jobs?

          No. This widget offers a summary view only. Use the Recruitment module to filter, search, or manage postings.
