View Review Report

Summary

 The Review Report page provides a detailed breakdown of all submitted reviews. You can track scores, review statuses, and timelines. If scoring and weightage are enabled, you’ll also see section-wise insights and can export the full report for analysis.

Before you begin

Access to the Admin > Reviews module is required.
The following roles can view review reports:
  • HR Admins
  • Managers (for their own teams)
The Review Report page is disabled by default and becomes active only when:
  • At least one review has started
  • The review status updates to In Progress

Step 1. Access the Review Report page

    1. Go to Admin > Reviews
    2. Open the specific review from the list
    3. Click on Review Report under the review’s action menu
      • This tab remains disabled until feedback begins and the review status is updated

    Step 2. Explore report data

    The Review Report includes a grid showing:
    • Review type (e.g. self, peer, top-down, bottom-up)
    • Reviewee name
    • Reviewer name
    • Start date and Due date
    • Review status
    • Total score (if scoring is enabled)
    You can use the search bar to filter results by:
    • Review type
    • Reviewer name
    • Reviewee name

    Step 3.  View section-level breakdown (if weightage is applied)

    If weightage is enabled in the review:
    • Rows in the report become clickable
    • Clicking opens a section-wise breakdown showing:
      • Section names
      • Individual scores
      • Weightage percentages
    If no weightage is applied:
    • Rows are not clickable
    • Only the overall score is shown


    Step 4. Download the report

    1. Click the Download Excel button in the top-right corner
    2. This will export all visible review data for further analysis offline

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

    1. Why can’t I access the Review Report?

     The page is only enabled once the review status is "In Progress" and feedback has started.

    2. What data is included in the report?

     It includes reviewer/reviewee names, review type, dates, scores, and statuses. Section breakdown appears only if scoring with weightage is applied.


    3. Can I export individual review data?

     Yes. Use the download button to export all reviews in Excel format.

    4. Who can view this report?

    Only HR Admins and authorised Managers can access the Review Report page.
