View Scorecards in Team Progress

Summary

Team Progress in Plumm allows managers to track course completion and quiz performance. Scorecards show detailed quiz results for each employee who has completed a quiz in a custom course.

Before you begin

To view scorecards, you must:
  • Have access to the Team Progress module
  • Ensure the course is a custom course with a quiz component
Scorecards are only visible for users who have completed at least one quiz.

Step 1. Filter for a custom course

  1. Go to Team Progress
  2. Click the filter icon next to the search bar
  3. Select Course Type: Custom Course
  4. Click Apply

Step 2. View the scorecard

  1. Locate the employee in the filtered list
  2. In the Scorecard column, click the eye icon
  3. A panel will open showing:
    • Total quizzes attempted
    • Overall score (%)
    • Breakdown of each quiz and individual answers

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What does the Scorecard show?

It shows how many quizzes the employee completed, their overall quiz score, and a breakdown of their answers.

2. Why don’t I see the eye icon for some users?

The eye icon only appears if the user has completed at least one quiz in a custom course.

3. Can I download or print the scorecard?

Not currently. The scorecard can only be viewed in-app.

4. Who can see Team Progress and scorecards?

Only users with access to the Team Progress module can view this data.
