View Scorecards in Team Progress

Summary

View a custom course quiz scorecard from Team Progress or My Progress. Open View Scorecard to see whether the quiz has been attempted, the overall score, and whether each answer is correct or wrong.

Use Team Progress to view other people’s results and My Progress to view your own.

Before you begin

  • Learn is an add-on. Employees do not purchase it. Your Super Admin subscribes to Learn for the organisation.
  • You need Team Progress permission to open Team Progress.
  • Super Admin can open Team Progress.
  • Family users do not see Team Progress.
  • A Scorecard is shown for Custom Courses when the course has a quiz.
  • To add a quiz to a custom course, see Learn: Create and Manage a Custom Course with Quizzes.

To open Learn:

  1. Log in to Plumm.
  2. Open the 9-dot menu. The control label is Apps.
  3. Under PRODUCT SUITE, select Learn.

Step 1. Open Team Progress

  1. Log in to Plumm.
  2. Open the 9-dot menu (Apps).
  3. Under PRODUCT SUITE, select Learn.
  4. In the Learn sidebar, select Team Progress.
  5. Confirm that the page title is Team Progress.
  6. Select Filter.
  7. For Type, choose Custom Courses.
  8. Select Apply.
  9. Use the Search field if you need to find a specific course or learner.
  10. Find the Scorecard column for the relevant Custom Course.

If there are no results to display, Plumm shows Nothing to show here yet.

Step 2. Open View Scorecard

  1. Find the relevant Custom Course in Team Progress.
  2. Go to the Scorecard column.
  3. Select the View Scorecard option.
  4. The scorecard opens with the heading Scorecard, followed by the course name.

To view your own quiz scorecard:

  1. Open My Progress.
  2. Find the relevant Custom Course.
  3. Open its Scorecard.

Step 3. Read the scorecard

The scorecard can show:

  • Quiz Attempted
  • Overall score
  • Not attempted yet

For each quiz question, the scorecard can show:

  • Correct Answer
  • Wrong Answer

If there is nothing to display, Plumm shows Nothing to show here yet.

Team Progress does not have an Export option on this list.

Notifications

Opening a scorecard does not send an email.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Why is Scorecard missing?
Scorecard is shown for Custom Courses when the course has a quiz. Plumm Courses and Training do not use this Scorecard column.

2. Can I see my own scorecard in Team Progress?
No. Team Progress is used to view other people’s learning. Use My Progress to view your own Scorecard.

3. What does Not attempted yet mean?
It means the learner has not taken the quiz yet.

4. Does the scorecard show the pass mark?
The scorecard shows the Overall score and quiz score. Passing Criteria is shown to the learner in the course player.

5. Can I download the scorecard?
No. There is no Export option on the Team Progress list or on the scorecard.
