Before you begin
- You must have the View Overview permission or be a Super Admin
- At least one filter must be applied to generate the report
Step 1. Access the Screening Report
- Go to Hire > Overview
- Scroll to the Screening Report section
- Select at least one filter to view data
- Example: Status or Scheduled By
- The report will display all relevant screenings
Step 2. Filter and search report data
Available filters include:
- Status: Scheduled, Completed
- Scheduled By: Filter by the person who scheduled the screening
- Search Bar: Search candidates or jobs by name
Step 3. Export data to Excel
- Once the report loads, click Export
- The filtered data will be downloaded in spreadsheet form

Candidate name, email, phone, gender, total experience, job title, screening status, scheduled/rescheduled date, and who scheduled it.2. Can I filter by who scheduled the screening?
Yes. Use the Scheduled By filter to narrow the report to a specific scheduler.
3. Do I need to apply a filter before viewing the report?
Yes. At least one filter must be applied to generate data.
4. Can I search for a candidate directly?
Yes. Use the search bar to find candidates by name or job title.
