View Screening Report in Hiring Overview

 The Screening Report in Plumm offers a quick view of all candidate screenings across roles. It includes status, schedule details, and candidate information. You can apply filters, search by name, and export results for analysis.

Before you begin

To use the Screening Report, you must:
  • Have the View Overview permission or be a Super Admin
  • Apply at least one filter to view report data

Step 1. Access the Screening Report

  1. Click the 9-dot menu in the top left corner of your Plumm dashboard
  2. Select the Hire module.
  3. Go to Overview > Screening Report section.
  4. Apply at least one filter, such as:
    • Status (Scheduled, Completed)
    • Scheduled By (select a scheduler)
  5. The report will display all relevant screening data.

Step 2. Filtering and Searching Report Data

  1. Available filters include:
    • Status: Scheduled or Completed
    • Scheduled By: Choose who scheduled the interview
  2. Use the Search bar to find candidates or job titles by name.
  3. Results update dynamically based on filters and keywords.

Step 3. Export data to Excel

  1. Once your report loads with the applied filters, click Export.
  2. The data will download as an Excel spreadsheet.
  3. Only filtered and visible data will be included in the export.

1. What details are included in the Screening Report?

Candidate name, email, phone, gender, total experience, job title, screening status, scheduled or rescheduled date, and the scheduler's name.


2. Can I filter by who scheduled the screening?

Yes. Use the Scheduled By filter to narrow the data.


3. Do I need to apply a filter before viewing the report?

Yes. At least one filter must be applied to generate data.


4. Can I search for a candidate directly?

Absolutely. Use the Search bar to find candidates by name or job.
 

 

5. Is it possible to export only completed screenings?

Yes. Set the Status filter to Completed, then click Export.
