View Sent Emails in Candidate Overview and Message Module

Before you begin

  • Ensure you are logged into your Plumm account.
  • You must have access to the candidate's profile and the relevant job.
  • You must have permission to view and manage candidate communications.

Step 1: View sent emails in the Candidate Overview

  1. Navigate to the Candidate Overview page for the candidate you have sent the email to.
  2. Scroll to the Messages section of the candidate's profile.
  3. You will see the sent email listed under the conversation thread, with details such as the Subject, Sender, and Timestamp.

Step 2: View sent emails in the Message Module

  1. Go to the Job section from the main dashboard.
  2. Select the relevant job for which the candidate has been contacted.
  3. Go to the Candidate tab within the job's section.
  4. Find the candidate's name in the list, and click to open their profile.
  5. Under the Messages tab, you will find the sent email listed along with other communication.

1. Can I see sent emails for all candidates in a job?

Yes, you can view sent emails for all candidates under the specific job's Candidate section in the Message Module.

2 . Are sent emails visible immediately after sending?

3. Can I view email replies in the Candidate Overview?

Yes, replies to sent emails from candidates will also be visible in the Candidate Overview under the conversation thread.

You can search for the candidate by name in either the Candidate Overview or Message Module to find all communications, including sent emails.


5. Can I delete or modify a sent email?

No, once an email is sent, it cannot be deleted or modified. You may need to send a follow-up email if corrections are needed.
