This guide explains how Admin users can view the summary of cases in the Manage Cases section of TrustLine. You can access detailed case information, such as case number, representative, status, and more.

Before you begin
- You need to have an Admin role with the necessary permissions to access Manage Cases and View Summary in TrustLine.
- Ensure that your account has the required permissions to view and manage cases.
Step 1. Access Manage Cases
- Log in to your Plumm account using valid Admin credentials.
- Click on the 9-dot menu at the top left corner of the dashboard.
- Select TrustLine from the menu. You will be redirected to the TrustLine - Settings page.
- Click Manage Cases in the Admin tab to open the case management section.
Step 2. View Summary of a Case
- In the Manage Cases section, you will see a grid displaying all cases.
- Click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the case you want to view.
- Select the View Summary option from the dropdown menu.
- The View Summary page will show detailed information about the case, including:
- Case No.
- Representative
- Last Updated
- Date Created
- Status
- Tag
- Category
- Attachments
- Details (These details were added when the case was filed, and the Case No. is sent to you via email when you add your Personal Email Address during case filing.)
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1.Who can access the View Summary option?
Only Admin users with the necessary permissions can access View Summary in Manage Cases. If you do not have permission, the Manage Cases or View Summary options will not be visible.
2. What details are displayed in the case summary?
The summary shows Case No., Representative, Last Updated, Date Created, Status, Tag, Category, Attachments, and the case Details.
3.How is the Case No. provided?
The Case No. is automatically assigned when the case is filed and sent to your Personal Email Address.
4.Can I view case details for closed cases?
Yes, you can view the summary for both open and closed cases using the View Summary option.
