Summary
Offboarding on the Work tab contains leaving details for a terminated profile, including reasons, dates, notice details, and access revocation information.
This article explains how to view and edit Offboarding details from your Profile.

Before you begin
The page title is Profile.

To access Offboarding:

  • The tab is Work.
  • The left link and section heading are Offboarding.
  • You need View Termination Detail permission to view Offboarding.
  • Edit is shown only when:
    • The profile status is Terminated.
    • You have Terminate User permission.

The Offboarding panel heading is Offboarding.

The Save button is Save.


What Offboarding is for
Use Offboarding to view leaving dates and reasons after a profile has been terminated.

Offboarding is not the same as Role History. Role History is available under Job Information on the Work tab.


Opening Offboarding

  1. Log in to Plumm.
  2. Open the 9-dot menu. The control label is Apps.
  3. Under PRODUCT SUITE, select Core.
  4. Open your profile picture in the top bar.
  5. Select Profile.
  6. Select Work.
  7. Select Offboarding.

If there is no data, Plumm shows Nothing to show here yet.

If Edit is available:

  1. Open the three-dot menu (⋮).
  2. Select Edit.

Viewing Offboarding
The Offboarding section can show:

  • Offboarding Reason.
  • Description.
  • Notice Received.
  • Notice Period Type.
  • Notice Start Date.
  • Revoke Access.
  • Offboarding Date.
  • Last Working Date.
  • Details.
  • Offboarding Type.

Documents can also appear under Offboarding when available.


Editing Offboarding
When editing Offboarding, the panel can include:

  • Voluntary.
  • Offboarding Reason. The placeholder is Select.
  • Description. The placeholder is Select.
  • Notice Received. The placeholder is DD/MM/YYYY.
  • Notice Period Type. The placeholder is Select.

Available Notice Period Type options:

  • Working.
  • Gardening Leave.
  • Annual Leave.
  • Notice Period Waived.

Additional fields:

  • Last Working Date. The placeholder is DD/MM/YYYY.
  • Revoke Access. The placeholder is DD/MM/YYYY.
  • Details.
  • Offboarding Date. The placeholder is DD/MM/YYYY.

The following fields have a required marker:

  • Offboarding Reason.
  • Description.
  • Notice Received.
  • Notice Period Type.
  • Last Working Date.
  • Revoke Access.
  • Details.
  • Offboarding Date.

After saving:

  • Successful updates show Saved.
  • Missing required fields show Required.
  • Failed saves show Something went wrong, Please try again.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Why is Edit missing?
    Edit is shown only when the profile status is Terminated and you have Terminate User permission.
  • Is this Role History?
    No. Offboarding is a separate section on Work. Role History is available under Job Information.
  • What message appears after Save?
    Plumm shows Saved after a successful update.
  • What is the left link called?
    The left link is Offboarding.
