  3. Select View to open the view-only details of the schedule.
  4. In the View Working Schedule form, you will see the following fields:
    • Name: Displays the name of the working schedule (e.g., "Onboard Meeting", "Bi-Weekly Shift").
    • Description: Shows the description of the working schedule.
    • Schedule Type: Displays the type of schedule (e.g., Weekly or Bi-Weekly). This field is not editable once the schedule is created.

Weekly Schedule

A Weekly Schedule means that the working hours are the same for every week. Employees will have fixed working hours for each day of the week (Monday through Sunday) and these hours will not change week-to-week.
For example:
  • Monday: 8 hours
  • Tuesday: 8 hours
  • Wednesday: 8 hours
  • Thursday: 8 hours
  • Friday: 8 hours
  • Saturday: 0 hours (Day off)
  • Sunday: 0 hours (Day off)
This schedule is ideal for employees who work the same hours consistently every week.

Bi-Weekly Schedule

A Bi-Weekly Schedule divides the working hours into two separate weeks (Week 1 and Week 2). The employee's working hours may differ between the two weeks, offering more flexibility.
For example:
Week 1:
  • Monday: 8 hours
  • Tuesday: 8 hours
  • Wednesday: 8 hours
  • Thursday: 8 hours
  • Friday: 8 hours
  • Saturday: 0 hours
  • Sunday: 0 hours
Week 2:
  • Monday: 8 hours
  • Tuesday: 8 hours
  • Wednesday: 8 hours
  • Thursday: 8 hours
  • Friday: 8 hours
  • Saturday: 0 hours
  • Sunday: 0 hours
This schedule is ideal for roles that need a flexible work structure with different hours across two weeks.
