Before you begin

  • You must have View Candidate and View Jobs permissions to access the candidate's evaluation and scorecards.
  • The interview must be completed and the scorecard filled by the panelists.
  • If there are multiple rounds of interviews, you will be able to view each round's scorecard individually.

Step 1. Access the Interview Scorecard

  1. Go to the Candidate Information page.
  2. Navigate to the Evaluation tab in the candidate’s profile.
  3. Under the Interview Scorecard section, you'll find the overall candidate score.

Step 2. View Scorecard Filled by Panelists

  1. In the Interview Scorecard section, you will see the scorecards filled out by all panel members.
  2. Each panelist's ratings will be visible, along with any comments or feedback they’ve provided on various interview criteria.

Step 3. Filter Scorecards by Panelist

  1. To view a specific panelist’s scorecard, use the drop-down menu to select the desired panelist.
  2. This will display only the scorecard filled by the selected panelist, allowing you to review their detailed feedback.

Yes, you can view the scorecards filled out by all panelists within the Interview Scorecard section.

2 . How can I view feedback from a specific panelist?

You can filter the scorecards by panelist using the drop-down menu, which allows you to view the feedback from a specific individual.

 

3. What information is included in the interview scorecard?

The scorecard includes ratings for different categories like communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership potential, along with any comments or explanations provided by the panelist.

4. Can I modify the scorecard after it has been filled by the panelist?

No, the scorecard filled by the panelist cannot be edited. However, if you need to make changes or updates, you may need to contact the panelist directly.

3. What happens if there are multiple interview rounds?

If there are multiple interview rounds, you will be able to see multiple interview scorecards for each round. Each will be listed separately in the Interview Scorecard section.
