Before you begin

  • You must have access to the Team Goals section in Plumm.
  • The Year Dropdown helps to filter goals by year, enabling you to quickly access the goals of a specific year.

Step 1. Using the Year Dropdown

  1. In the Team Goals section, look for the Year Dropdown on the top-right of the page.
  2. By default, the year will show the current year (e.g., 2025).
  3. Click the dropdown to view a list of years (e.g., 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, etc.).
  4. Select the desired year to filter the goals shown on the page.

Step 2. Filtering Goals by Year

  1. After selecting a year from the Year Dropdown, the goals for that specific year will be displayed.
  2. The page will update to show only the team goals that were either set or updated in the chosen year.
  3. You can filter the goals further based on progress or other criteria.

1. How do I use the Year Dropdown in Team Goals?

Click on the Year Dropdown at the top of the Team Goals page, select the year you want to view, and the goals for that year will be displayed.
 

2 . What happens when I select a different year?

 Selecting a different year will refresh the page and display the team goals associated with the selected year. The progress bars and goal counts will update accordingly.
 
 

3. Can I see goals from multiple years at once?

 No, the Year Dropdown filters the goals to only show those from the selected year. To view goals from another year, you need to select it from the dropdown.
 
 

4. What if the year I need is not listed?

 If a year is missing from the dropdown, it may mean that no goals have been created or updated for that year in the system. Ensure the goals are properly logged for that year.
 
 

5. Can I track progress across multiple years?

 To track progress across multiple years, you will need to manually switch between years in the dropdown. For overall progress, the Overall Progress bar is displayed at the top of the page.
 
 

6. How do I know which goals are from a specific year?

 The Last Updated column indicates when the goal was last updated, allowing you to identify which goals belong to the selected year.
