Overview

This release delivers significant enhancements across Security, API Access, People, Timesheets, Rota, Reviews, Surveys, Task Scheduling, Device Management, Wellbeing, Reporting, Hire, Learn, and Money. The focus of this release is on strengthening security, expanding automation, improving reporting and integrations, streamlining recruitment and learning workflows, and delivering platform-wide performance and usability improvements.


API Access Management (New)

We've introduced a brand-new API Access Management module, providing developers with a centralised hub to securely manage API access, explore available endpoints, and integrate seamlessly with the Plumm platform.

Developer API Portal

The new Developer Portal provides everything required to build and manage integrations in one place.

    • Generate and manage secure API keys directly within the platform.
    • Securely create, rotate, and revoke API keys whenever required.
    • Built-in guidance for securely storing and managing API credentials.

Comprehensive API Reference

Developers can now browse the complete Plumm API from a single interface.

Rate Limits & Error Documentation

New developer resources make API integration easier and more reliable.

    • Dedicated Rate Limits documentation to help developers optimise API usage.

Audit Logging

Improve visibility and governance across API usage.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Improvements

We've further strengthened platform security by enhancing the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) experience.

People

Employee profile management has been expanded to improve data quality and workforce administration.

    • Added County as a new field across employee profiles and staff imports.
    • Added an 18-week probation period option to support additional probation policy requirements.
    • Improved consistency between employee profiles, imports, and reporting.

Timesheets

Several improvements have been introduced to simplify timesheet management and approvals.

    • Introduced multi-level approval workflows, supporting both standard and custom approval chains.
    • Improved permission management for greater flexibility and governance.
    • Standardised time formatting throughout the platform for a more consistent user experience.
    • Enhanced approval process and overall usability.

Rota

Workforce scheduling continues to evolve with enhancements focused on performance, usability, and efficiency.

    • Improved rota scheduling performance for faster loading and processing.
    • Enhanced scheduling workflows to improve workforce management.

Hire (ATS)

This release introduces significant improvements across recruitment workflows, candidate management, and interview scheduling.

Talent.com Integration

    • Added integration with Talent.com, allowing jobs to be published directly from Plumm Hire.

Bulk Candidate Import

    • Introduced bulk CV import, supporting up to 1,000 CVs per upload with unlimited repeat imports.
    • Candidates can now be imported directly into an active job pipeline without first importing them into the Candidate Pool.

Interview Scheduling

    • Completed end-to-end Google Calendar integration for interview scheduling.
    • Face-to-face interviews now automatically synchronise with Google and Outlook calendars for candidates, interviewers, and panel members.

Candidate Experience

    • Improved candidate application forms with clearer required and optional fields.
    • Enhanced email formatting across recruitment communications.
    • Improved performance for electronic signature documents.
    • Delivered numerous UI/UX enhancements, stability improvements, and bug fixes across the Hire module.

Learn (LMS)

Learn continues to evolve with new administration capabilities, improved reporting, and better performance.

    • Added the ability to bulk assign and unassign users from courses.
    • Introduced reporting for assigned course users.
    • Significantly improved page load performance across Learn, including the Overview and Course Library.
    • Resolved loading issues that could previously result in server errors, improving reliability.
    • Added multi-select filters to reports for more flexible analysis.
    • Released new training courses across the course library.
    • Delivered a range of UI/UX improvements and general enhancements across Learn.

Money

Several payroll improvements have been introduced to improve reporting accuracy and payroll processing.

    • Enhanced multiple payroll reports and resolved reporting-related issues.
    • Employees with an active contract end date are now correctly included within the current payroll cycle.
    • Leavers with contract end dates are now accurately reflected across payroll reports.
    • Resolved issues affecting P45 and P60 generation.
    • Delivered a range of payroll bug fixes, stability improvements, and overall platform enhancements.

1-on-1s

The 1-on-1 module has been enhanced to improve auditing and mobile accessibility.

    • Complete audit trail for meeting creation, updates, and management.
    • Improved activity logging for better governance and visibility.
    • Enhanced mobile experience for managing and participating in 1-on-1 meetings.

Reviews

The Reviews module has been enhanced with improved auditing, navigation, and reporting capabilities.

    • Expanded activity logging for Review Forms.
    • Review tasks now include direct links to the relevant review page or form, allowing users to quickly access and complete assigned reviews.
    • Improved reminder scheduling to support timely review completion.
    • Enhanced review exports for easier reporting and analysis.

Surveys

A range of reporting, export, and audit improvements have been introduced to Surveys.

    • Enhanced Survey Results with improved visualisation and reporting.
    • Added Department and Location grouping options when viewing survey results.
    • Survey Heatmaps can now be downloaded as a PDF document for easier sharing and analysis.
    • Expanded activity logging across survey management.
    • Improved survey email notifications.
    • Enhanced export functionality and reporting performance.
    • General performance improvements throughout the Surveys module.

Task Scheduling

Task Scheduling now provides improved audit capabilities.

    • Enhanced activity logging for task creation, updates, assignments, and scheduling.
    • Improved visibility into task lifecycle changes for administrators and managers.

Device Management

Managing company devices is now faster and more efficient.

    • Added support for bulk device assignment through import.
    • Improved performance when managing large device inventories.
    • Enhanced reliability of device import processes.

Therapy & Sessions

Organisations now have greater flexibility when managing employee wellbeing sessions.

    • Individual therapy session caps can now be configured and managed directly from My People.
    • Gives organisations greater control over employee wellbeing allowances.
    • Simplifies ongoing session management.

Reports

Reporting capabilities have been expanded with additional reports and improved analytics.

    • Introduced new Attendance report templates.
    • Enhanced the Working Hour Summary report.
    • Improved Attendance & Absence reporting.
    • Added a new Average Years of Service report to support workforce planning and reporting.
    • General reporting improvements for accuracy and performance.

Platform Improvements
